OWNER, FOUNDER, DANCEAHOLIC

Nice to meet you! I'm a native Brooklynite who has helped friends party in style since before the Spice Girls topped the charts. At age 2, I declared my imaginary friend's tea party could use "a bit more flair." The siren song of events would not be ignored.

In event & hospitality management roles over the last 10 years, I've produced countless weddings, parties, and company events. At Electric Celebrations, I use my creative juices, a resourceful nature, and nerd-level love of spreadsheets to help each client live their most tailored & joyous day possible.

I believe in the powers of velvet blazers, metallic accents, and well-mixed cocktails. My favorite part is getting to know our clients & seeing their personalities shine. Say hi, I'd love to hear from you!

WHY I FOUNDED ELECTRIC CELEBRATIONS

Here's me at my wedding! Despite having planned so many, I didn't relate to any of the traditional expectations put on our event. The hubs, a disco-obsessed Filipino-Iranian, and I, a New York Jew with Haitian-Egyptian roots and Andre 3000 as a style icon, hadn't seen anything in the wedding sphere that represented our mixed roots or loud style. It felt at times like the industry didn't have a place for us, like everything was made for someone else. I wanted an event I'd never seen, one that spoke to our souls and translated our sensibilities into fun for all.

We shut out the noise and forged our own path: a Purple Rain-inspired bash at our fave music venue/bowling alley Brooklyn Bowl, featuring bowling guests and a live Afrobeat concert by Antibalas! It was our DREAM, and our guests were touched to be, as one put it, "a part of our world." The comfort & peace achieved by committing to our vision solidified my focus to help others create inclusive & authentic events-- Electric Celebrations was born!

We aim to help hosts who crave an experience that feels genuine & true to who they are. An event that runs a bolt of joy through their spines every time they think on it. A day that ignites them & illuminates what lives inside them. An ELECTRIC CELEBRATION.
